Mission Hills Ranch (MHR) is located in New Braunfels, TX, just off State Highway 46 right past the turn to Canyon Lake in Hill Country. We have the historic Walzem Chapel within our community which consists of two (2) areas: non-gated and gated (The Enclave). When build out is completed in The Enclave, we will consist of 384 homes.
The non-gated community has General Common while the gated area has Limited Common Areas. The differences are:
- Those portions of the General Common Areas (non-gated area) can be used by the community at large (non-gated and gated homeowners). Homeowners situated in both areas pay a base assessment.
- Those portions of the Limited Common Area (known as The Enclave) are dedicated for the exclusive use, or primary benefit, of those homeowners who live within The Enclave.
- Enclave homeowners pay, in addition to the base assessment, a gated assessment.
We are located within 15 minutes of Schlitterbahn, Gruene (pronounced Green), tubing in the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, Children's Museums and other attractions. Additionally, we are only 30 minutes from San Antonio and San Marcos. Austin is approximately 60 minutes away. You're close to all the action, but away from all the traffic and noise of the big cities!
